The Beginnings of Fast HVAC
In 2018, Fast Water Heater acquired Nordstrom Heating & Air, creating new opportunities for growth and innovation in HVAC services. Since March 2023, Leslie Chapman has been serving as Sales Manager at Fast Heating & Air, bringing over two decades of sales leadership and industry experience to the team. In this role, Leslie leads a high-performing group of sales professionals, helping homeowners and businesses find the right HVAC solutions to enhance comfort and energy efficiency.
Prior to joining Fast Heating & Air, Leslie spent more than 12 years at Evergreen State Heat & AC, where she served as both Sales Manager and Energy Consultant. Her focus on mentorship, coaching, and customer education helped drive lasting improvements in both team performance and client satisfaction.
Earlier in her career, Leslie held leadership roles in sales and distribution, including Sales Manager and Key Accounts Manager at Raging River Distribution, and Sales Representative roles at Alaska Distributors, where she led teams, developed incentive programs, and successfully built relationships with major retail chains and institutions.
Leslie’s background also spans retail banking, promotions, and event marketing—with standout achievements such as generating over $2 million in new deposits in just eight weeks at Banner Bank, and coordinating high-impact promotional events at Babies”R”Us and Realtime Productions.
